Meeting Theme: “How Do We Shine Our Light in the Community?”
We will have time for networking, then listen to three wonderful speakers, followed by a meeting to discuss the future of MHMG.

We conducted a survey in the Spring to gather community input about what members want from MHMG. Thank you to those who have already given your insight. If you have not already done so, please provide your insights here:
We will compile the responses and review them for the meeting.
Walk-ins are welcome, but please RSVP to help us plan for the event.
We will be doing this as a breakfast potluck. If you can bring items, please list them here.
Meet the Speakers!
First Speaker: Kinshasha Kambui
Bio: Kinshasha has dedicated over thirty years to the healing arts, actively supporting our community with vital wellness information. In 1992, she established a wellness program on KFAI community radio, focusing on a holistic approach encompassing spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and political wellness.
Kinshasha runs a wellness center in South Minneapolis, aiming to create a safe and nurturing environment for those seeking holistic health support. Her center, Wellness Paradigm, provides a variety of services and is committed to shifting the traditional concepts of wellness by offering inclusive and accessible services.
Kinshasha has a Master’s Degree in Counseling, and addresses the emotional needs of her clients, integrating psychological understanding into her holistic health approach. She ensures that clients feel “seen and heard.” This nurturing framework not only aims to purify the mind, body, and spirit but also empowers community members to take charge of their health in a compassionate and inclusive setting.
Second speaker: Emre Mauleon, APRN, CPNP
Topic: “We Are the Medicine”
Bio: Emre identifies as a Mexican-American/queer/trans/non-binary/ neuro divergent humanist. He has been working in healthcare for 20 years. In this time he's worked as an RN, primarily in birth and labor support. He is also a pediatric nurse practitioner whose primary passion is working with pediatric behavioral health and gender expansive patients. Emre has also been practicing healing touch (an energy healing modality) and incorporating alternative healing modalities in his work for over a decade. Emre is currently working on learning and incorporating Traditional Mexican Curanderismo into his practice as well.
Third Speaker: Michele Rae
Topic: “How do you shine YOUR light in our community? Aligning passion, authenticity, & courage”
What a time of rapid change and transformation we are living in! Supporting our clients and patients (and friends, family, and community) with dysregulated nervous systems, uncertainty, confusion, AND emerging positive possibilities is a daily encounter. We are invited to practice our inner self-regulation, clarify our purpose, expand innovation and creativity, and stay connected to empowering supportive community. We chose to be her now and be a stabilizing presence through embodying coherence and higher consciousness. Let’s do this together.
Bio: Michele Rae is a Transformational Intuitive Coach and Spiritual Teacher, founder of The Center Within, and author of Living From the Center Within: Co-Creating Who You Are Becoming, and pharmacist. She offers guidance, coaching, and classes to individuals and groups supporting their Mind-Body-Spirit alignment. Coaching with Michele accelerates and amplifies one’s natural process of becoming their most empowered authentic self through creating self-directed strategies to implement the changes they desire to create a life they love.
